Declare the EU referendum as not legally binding, and not invoke Article 50.
The recent referendum on EU membership is not legally binding. Large numbers of votes were cast only as an ill-informed or even frivolous protest at the current state of the country, without regard for the true consequences. There is evidence of leave voters now having changed their minds.
