Conduct a confirmation referendum on EU membership before invoking article 50
Given the stark divide apparent on this matter within the UK, and the significance of its impact, the government is called on to conduct a secondary referendum on the UKs membership of the EU. This referendum must be conducted prior to the invocation of article 50.
