Allow EU citizens residing in the UK long term to vote on a Brexit referendum.
EU citizens residing in the UK for over 5 years are entitled to permanent residence status. As part of the democratic process they should have a say on what is happening to UK's membership to the EU.
If Commonwealth Citizens in the UK were allowed to vote without any residency time restrictions, EU citizens residing in the UK long term should have a say.
