If Scotland has for a 2nd referendum on independence all Uk must have vote.
Following the comments of the first minister for Scotland on 24/06/2016 regarding Scotland's decision to remain in the EU. following the vote on 23/06/2016. As it has not gone her way.
So let the other 59 million people have a say as it effects all not just the 5 million in Scotland
