Petition Action

Prime Minister David Cameron should create a government of national unity.

Petition Details

Following the Leave vote in the EU referendum we the undersigned call on David Cameron to convene a government of national unity.

This government should include representatives from all political parties in the House of Commons and oversee the transitional process of leaving the EU.

Additional Information

A government of national unity will be the first step in ensuring an open and honest debate around the future of the United Kingdom. It will allow legislative changes to allow for a general election following a Conservative leadership election and it will allow cross party action to stabilise the economy.
