Any referendum on Scottish independence must include all Scots resident in UK.
I was born in Scotland and have served my country and community for my entire adult life. I currently live in the south of the UK. I would ask, why does 'where I pay my UK taxes' entitle anyone to disenfranchise me and deny me a voice in the future of my country of birth.
