It's old school, but rules really do get results.

The principles that have made Mossbourne Academy a success are so traditional.
When a teacher walks in, the class stands. Indeed, when any adult walks in, the class stands. Teachers are ‘sir’ and ‘miss’, and all adults are afforded respect.
