Give 16 and 17 year olds the vote in a second EU Refereudum

Petition Details

As the UK voted to leave the EU, 75% of 18-24 voted to stay in. There is a clear mandate to give 16 and 17 year olds a chance to vote in a decision that will effect the rest of their lives.
