V A T Free fuel for the disabled

Additional Information

Disabled people should be protected from the high price of fuel making it difficult / impossible to use their motability cars.
The sky high fuel price rises seen over the past year has made many disabled people withdraw from the motabilty scheme and many more to to say they will not be using the scheme when their contracts run out..

Lets protect the less fortunate and make fuel v a t free for the disabled allowing them their freedom
