Hold a public, independent enquiry into the Brexit referendum and both campaigns
The outcome of the Brexit referendum has implications of profound economic, social, legal, political and historical consequences. As the UK, EU and the world comes to terms with this, it is becoming clearer that there are questions about how the campaigns were run on both sides of the argument
The UK and EU is bracing itself for severe consequences and now it seems that the most trending Google searches following the poll were, "what is the EU" and, "what happens if we leave the EU". It appears a number of those who voted to leave now either regret or are confused by the consequences. Both campaigns led dubious communications and furthermore it became evident on the morning after that many in the Leave campaign were backtracking on their original claims. Was this truly democratic?
