Allow UK tax payers to vote for all UK national elections and referendums

Petition Details

All long term tax payers (paying tax for more than 5 years) should be allowed to vote in all UK national elections (not only local elections) and referendums.
These tax payers have brought significant contribution to the UK economy and should be allowed to cast their vote.
