Ignore the petition entited "EU Referendum Rules triggering a 2nd EU Referendum " created by "William Oliver Healey " as this go against the democratical decision made by the people of the UK that felt strongly enough to make an effort and vote on the subject on the date defined.
Rules cannot be applied/changed after the event. There were no caviats placed on the EU referendum outcome depending on turnout or percentage of vote separating the two camps. Therefore the vote must stand or democracy has failed.
