Pass a new law to prohibit Slow moving Construction vehicles and agricultural tractors using public roads in the hours of darkness

Additional Information

The lights of Earth moving construction vehicles such as diggers and trench making vehicles are very often defective or covered by mud, meaning that the vehicle can nearly be invisible to following traffic on country roads at night. Equally Agricultural vehicles towing trailers travelling at slow speeds at night with badly maintained lights can be a danger on roads without street lights.

Please pass new legislation that these vehicles MUST only be transported on a low loader at night.
