Debate the legality of denying EU migrants the vote in the EU Ref.
Denying EU migrants, on the electoral roll, the right to vote in the EU referendum contravenes EU law (enshrined in the TFEU, Part 2) on non-discrimination based on nationality.
The outcome of the EU referendum has an impact on the lives of non-British nationals resident in the UK. It will also impact on the lives of their families and children. Consequently they should have the right to vote.
