Reject the EU Referendum Result
The UK and Gibraltar went to the polls to decide on its Membership with the EU on the 23rd June 2016. There is nothing in the European Union Referendum Act 2015, which states the Government has to accept the decision. We therefore urge the Government to reject it.
The European Union Referendum Act 2015 only states that a Court cannot challenge the decision, unless by Judicial Review - which has to be done within 6 weeks of the result date. There is nothing stating that the Government cannot reject the result, or hold a second one if neccessary. This is what should be done.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
