Petition Details

Reach a cross party agreement immediately that at the conclusion of the UK/EU separation negotiations that the minimum immigration status of EU nationals and their children residing in the UK on 23/6/16 is indefinite leave to remain at no cost to the individual.

Additional Information

The minimum standard immigration status at the end of the UK/EU negotiations of EU nationals living in the UK at 23/6/16 has to be set now to give people certainty of their future in the UK. A cross party agreement on the minimum immigration status of EU nationals has to be set immediately, and this being indefinite leave to remain, giving the same access to public funds and services as at 23/6/16 and gaining this immigration status will be at no cost to the individual (i.e. no fees levied).
