National Service For Criminals U18 Yrs
Never mind "National Service" for 16 yr olds (who are entering an important period in their lives, personally & professionally) Mr Cameron.....How about 1 months National Service for anyone under 18 who commits a crime!?
You may think that is soft, but not if they are woken from their beds at 5am, taken for a 10 mile run, given a full kit inspection, marched round a parade square, made to clean their accommodation.....inspected again. Then lights out at 9pm sharp!!!
.......and then start all over again the next day!
If they re-offend (and I bet they don't) double the next visit to 2 months etc etc
