2nd referendum for british citizen resident out side UK voting in brexit
resident in france my children live and work in the EU We had no vote in the referendum but will suffer the effects of it It is unfair to people living out of britain being excluded and now suffering the consequences 2nd referendum is necessary with a vote for all
