Review voting rights.
UK citizens below the age of 18 were not allowed to vote in the 2016 EU Referendum: that is, for a matter that is crucial to their future. This has left young people angry, ignored and even more reluctant to engage in politics. The voting age should therefore be lowered.
Young people living in the UK have acquired by the age of 16 levels of education, maturity and political awareness that are appropriate to exercise the right to vote. It is therefore anti-democratic that they should not be allowed to vote.
