Allow younger people to vote in 2nd EU referendum due to narrow margin in 1st.
Due to the narrow margin in the EU referendum, for a second referendum allowing younger people (e.g. 16+) to be included in a decision that is going to affect this generation. This was permitted in Scotland and not only increased inclusivity it increased the political engagement overall.
