Petition Action

Decide the UK's membership of the EU in Parliament

Petition Details

The UK's referendum on EU membership is not legally binding, and therefore there is no legal precedent to invoke Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty. We petition MPs to hold a vote on the UK's membership of the EU in Parliament instead of accepting the referendum result or holding a second referendum.
