Charge for council waste disposal at the point of sale

Additional Information

Price the cost of waste disposal into the consumer choice process by moving the costs to suppliers, retailers and/or producers. Require councils and their waste-disposal service suppliers to sample waste products for statistics on the sources of waste then charge suppliers, retailers, producers for the disposal of items found allowing them to price items accordingly and consumers to naturally make the most resource efficient choices.
