New PM not to invoke Article 50 to start the process of the UK leaving the EU .
The Referendum on the UK's continued membership in the European Union has no legal force. The results, with 51.9% to Leave and 48.1% to Remain is not sufficiently conclusive given the irrevocable nature of this decision and the adverse impact it will have for generations to come int he UK.
Nigel Farage, UKIP leader and leading Leave campaigner was quoted recently in the Daily Mirror as saying a 52 - 48 result would be "unfinished business" and hinted if this were the result he would push for a second poll. However the UK is a parliamentary democracy and therefore parliament should have the determination of whether Britain stays in the EU.
