House of Commons to vote on EU membership following EU Referendum
The EU Referendum is merely advisable and has no legal standing.
The House of Commons should now vote on revoking the European Communities Act 1972 supporting the UK’s membership of the EU. Parliament is still sovereign.
The EU Referendum campaigns did not provide sufficient information to make a informed decision.
