Stop a second EU referendum from taking place
On the 23rd of June 2016 the UK voted to leave the EU. We as a nation democratically voted according to national law. The outcome was in favour of leave. Are we going to keep having referendums to suit those who were in the minority. The referendum result was clear.....the majority wanted to leave.
My name is Lee Mawhinney....I'm a 39 year old married farther of three children. I believe in democracy...and believe in the democratic process. The people of Britain voted to leave the EU for whatever reasons they held true...there voice and opinions must be respected by the public at large, regardless of your own views...this is how democracy works. Please sign this petition to stop a further referendum on this issue...we are a democratic nation...we should work together to make this work.
