Discard the petition for a second EU referendum
Since the announcement was made that the UK had voted to leave the EU, a petition for a second referendum has gained traction. A second vote would be undemocratic and defeats the purpose of the initial vote. We urge you to refuse another vote and uphold democracy.
We ask anyone who voted to leave to sign this petition. We also urge anyone who voted to remain but values the basic principles of democracy to sign.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
