Allow non-Scots to take part in a Referendum on Independence for Scotland,
The Referendum for Independence held in Scotland in 2014 was open only to voters registered in Scotland. Independence for Scotland would represent such a fundamental change to the fabric of the UK, that voters in the rest of the country should be able to express a view on a regional basis.
