Give Britain a 'Cooling Off' period to reconsider leaving the EU.
We are asking for a 'Cooling Off' period of 3 months, or until a new Prime Minister is in place, for the British public to reconsider their vote in the EU Referendum, after which a second and final referendum will be held.
After our collective vote to leave the EU by a small majority, it is clear that:
Propaganda and misinformation have been rife during the referendum campaign, resulting in already broken promises
We would like to reflect on whether we would like an unelected Conservative Prime Minister to manage this exit
This is a serious decision for our country and our futures, and we should have the opportunity to reflect on it before fully committing to negotiating our exit.
