Remove ATOS from Assesments

Additional Information

Fine ATOS for every assesment failure which then wins on Appeal.
This could save millions that could be used for legitimate purposes and not to line the pockets of ATOS.

Make the time from start to finish a maximum of 1 month to stop hardship to the discabled and genuinly ill.
