Respect & honor Britain's decision to leave the EU regardless of voter turnout.
The decision made by the British voter to leave the EU should be respected & honored regardless of voter turnout percentage. Any intruduction of rules to dictate a second vote should be dismissed. Plenty of notice of referendum date was given to ensure all who wished to vote the first time, could.
