Outsource prisioners to foreign jails
It currently costs about £1000 /week to keep some one in jail and the jails are overflowing.
Offer a East European jail a lower rate for prisioners to spend their term in .
They could return to the UK after serving out their sentence, hence this would not be deportation and would save building more jails.
