Give Radio Caroline a broadcast licence for its role in revolutionising UK radio

Petition Details

Radio Caroline can reasonably claim to have pioneered pop radio in the UK. Today 51 years old it continues as an internet service run by volunteers. It should be given an AM frequency such as the former World Service 648kHz free of charge for 5 years and allowed to operate it at a power of 10kW.
