Allow people resident in UK for 5 years to vote in the 2nd EU Referendum
Non British citizen resident in UK for more than 5 years are a vital part of this country as they are taxpayers and contributing actively to the future of the country. By law they could ask to become British citizens so it's only fair to give them the right to vote in such an important Referendum.
