Driving bans for those put in prison for driving offencesces only to begin only upon the convict's release

Additional Information

Any one who is banned from driving and is sent to prison or similar should not have their time locked-up taken as part of their ban period. In Prison they can not drive so the ban being served is useless. Also, they should have to take a new driving test at their expense.
