Rickshaws on the streets of london

As a licensed London taxi driver, I see on a daily/nightly basis the menace of un-trained, un-licensed, uninsured and unknown riders, breaking all of our laws within londons west end and city.

Drivers are openly touting 'fares' from un-suspecting tourists to our great city in full view of police, with absolutely no fear of being approached.
It is high time that whatever authority has the power to remove this menace from our streets, acts and acts swifty, before an innocent member of the public is seriously injured or worse still dies whilst travelling in this form of transport.

Ban this menace now, before it is too late !!

Why should it take a fatality before action will be taken?
