Exclude Scotch and Welsh MP's from some Votes
Scottish and Welsh Parliaments enjoy autonomy on many aspects of life in their Countries. Prescription Charges and Care Provision are 2 examples where their Residents enjoy greater relief than is available in England, at a cost that is borne by English Taxpayers.
There is no logical reason why Scottish and Welsh MP's in Parliament should also be able to influence, through their votes in Parliament, matters that are solely related to the Governance of English Policy.
They should therefore forfeit the right to vote on such matters.
