Not invoke Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty.
The referendum result is simply advisory, what really matters is when and whether Parliament invokes Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty.
The legislation used to created the E.U. referendum did not state parliament had to act in accordance with the result.
