Mandatory "chip N snip" of all domestic animals

Additional Information

We at Animal Lifeline UK agree:
Animal breeding is out of control.

Therefore, we believe:
1 - All animals MUST be microchipped & neutered unless specified that they will be used for breeding.
2 - All breeders of ALL animals MUST be registered with an independant person & spot-checks of the premises done regularly to ensure good condition & there are no more than 5 more un-neutered females.
3 - It is breeders responsibility to have a microchip fitted BEFORE the animal is rehomed, Microchip must have details of breeder & new owner.
4 - All animals not intended for breeding MUST be netuered by 6 months unless medically unable.
5 - All breeding animals must be registered as so by 3 months of age.
6 - If an animal is handed to a new owner the chip must be updated by the owner releasing the animal.
7 - Any animal arriving in rescue MUST be chipped & neutered before leaving. The registered owner will be asked for a donation towards the animals care.
