Make a general election occur at the end of David Cameron's resignation.
I believe that at the end of David Cameron's resignation in October, it should be left to a general election to decide his successor. We should not allow an internal party vote to influence whom our PM will be. It should be our choice who shall lead us though these turbulent times.
