Drivers over the age of 70 should be banned from driving during rush hour and weekends

Additional Information

I would like the Government to prevent drivers over the age of 70 from driving at the following times:
* 7am through 10am Monday to Friday.
* 6am Saturday through 10pm Sunday.
* All day on bank holidays.
