Laser eye surgery free as part of NHS

Additional Information

I would like to see laser eye sugery free on the NHS, such a life transforming change for people should not carry sucha large price tag, so that only those with good finances can afford to have the benifits avalable.
The cost of providing glasses vouchers would decrease so it's not completly costly.
