Phone hacking - All costs to be re-charged to guilty parties and NOT funded by the Taxpayer

Additional Information

The tax payer should not bear any costs as the companies used the phone hacking to enhance their sales and increase their profitability.

So all costs Police time, Lawyers, etc should be re-charged to the guilty parties and if they do not pay ban them from publishing in the UK
