Implement; no-vote option, mandatory voting, polling holiday.
After the poor turnout of the EU referendum and the panic many have experienced (at not quite understanding what they're voting for), we believe it is prudent to introduce changes.
With the necessary boon of a day for research AND an option to vote neutral- mandatory voting could guarantee turnout.
