Allow EU nationals living in the UK to have a vote on a new EU Referendum
This is such an important decision with such long lasting consequences, not just for UK citizens but also for EU nationals living in the UK, that EU citizens who are registered to vote in the UK should have been allowed to vote for the EU Referendum. They should be given a chance to do so.
