Improve the representation of the British people in the UK parliament.

Petition Details

We ask that parliament gives the British people a yes/no referendum on this question by June 2019:

“Do you want the UK to have an elected second house to represent the regional needs of the British people and proportional representation in the House of Commons to form all future governments?

Additional Information

There has been a growing need for reform of our democratic system for the last few decades.

We feel that this is needed to improve communication between the political elite and the British people and to make our democracy more representative of the full spectrum of the view points held by our citizens.
