I James Bradley would like HM Goverment to rule that when a democratic vote has been completed those who lost are not allowed to start a petition to contest it.

We could accept a petition calling for the rules about the petitions accepted on petition.parliament.uk to be changed. However, the Government and Parliament aren't responsible for petitions on other sites.
