No to second EU referendum
28% of people eligibke to vote did not vote, 52% of those who did, voted to leave EU
Vote was by area, 263 out of 382 areas voted leave, a 69% percentage.
Another referendum would cayse far more uncertainty we don't have seond Generl Election when only roughly 36% of electorate vote for the winning party
