SHUT DOWN e-petitions or give people a Yes No vote
E-Petition website should be shut down until a YES NO voting system is set up as people don't have the choice to vote down Bigoted e-petitions.
There are no contact details for the web site to report issues/faults etc.
The website is using "reCAPTCHA" which is making it hard/slow to sign petitions.
People cannot tell what petitions they have already signed as there is no history data, making the site impossible to use.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
