Allow EU nationals who are UK tax residents to vote in a 2nd EU referendum.
British and Commonwealth citizens living in the UK were elegible to vote in the EU Referendum 2016. EU nationals who live and pay taxes in the UK were not eligible. They should be elegible to vote if there is a 2nd EU Referendum.
EU nationals are eligible to vote in local and European elections but were not elegible in the EU Referendum. As residents and contributors to the UK, they should be eligible to vote if there is a 2nd referendum as the result will have an enormous long term impact on their lives and the lives of their children, as it will have on the lives of British and Commonwealth citizens.
