Make it a requirement to hold a UK Election within a year of any change of PM

Petition Details

New PM'S should have a mandate from the people they govern, rather than a few party members. As such a new UK GENERAL Election should be held within 1 year of a new PM being appointed so he or she can claim to lead the People as PM with a proper mandate.
